Virginia Power, Management & Professional Development, Richmond, VA 1984-1994. I have worked as a trainer and facilitator in three different management training programs. I have worked from 2 to 6 weeks per year for this company training middle and upper-middle level managers. I have worker a total of 26 weeks for this company since December 1984 - October, 1994.

Association of Minnesota Public/Educational Radio Stations (AMPERS) in May 1992 and 1993. I have worked as a facilitator to help AMPERS develop their strategic planning process.
